Paano makakuha nito?

Kinakailangan na magkaroon muna ng Blue Card bago ka mabigyan ng White Card. Ang White Card ay makukuha sa Medical Social Service ng PGH.
Sumasailalim sa evaluation ng Medical Social Worker ang mga pasyente na walang kakayahan o hirap matugunan ang mga pangangailangan sa gamutan.
